The IACAC Mentorship Program connects new and veteran members in partnerships that provide professional support and guidance to the newest admission professionals. Participants in the program benefit from shared materials and experiences that help new members learn about the field of college admission. The program offers discussions and meetings that transfer veteran knowledge to a group of future leaders, benefitting not only admission professionals but students and families in the college search process as well. Mentors offer problem-solving strategies, professional contacts, and a clear vision that assists in retaining new admissions professionals in the field.

"IACAC membership has been the single-most critical factor in my professional growth and development over the last 10 years. The professional networking, idea creation and sharing between colleagues are invaluable in today’s admission landscape. Whenever I meet a new admission colleague, IACAC is always my first recommendation for professional development."
IACAC has lots of opportunities for leadership development and networking.
